Once an order is placed, we are unable to change or cancel it.

However, you can still exchange or return your order using our returns process.

We print, make and pack our Odd Goose products in small batches so we are unable to modify one of our listed products.

Absolutely! In the Cart, you'll find our 2 options for gift wrapping: classic or gift box. Click on your preferred choice and add a gift note in the text box indicated.

We'll wrap all the items in your order, unless you let us know otherwise. The gift wrap cost listed is for 1 wrapped gift.

Please double check the dispatch and delivery times for the item(s) you have ordered. These are listed on the product page.

If your order has been dispatched but hasn't arrived, please send us an email with your order number to let us know.

Delivery times are estimates only, particularly for international orders, and timeframes do vary, especially at particular times of the year.

While we do our very best to pack each order carefully, sometimes things slip through! Please carefully check inside your parcel first, then then send us an email with your order number and what's missing.

We are thrilled to do our printing on a traditional foiling press right here in our studio in Bath, UK. Our stationery gift boxes and matchbox trays are die cut by us in our studio.

We work with local digital printers for our packaging sleeves and the odd box that is too big for us to make in house (.. for now!).

We take product safety and quality very seriously to make sure all our Odd Goose products are perfectly suitable for kids.

We've poured over technical data sheets for everything from adhesive layers to specific foil grades to make sure all the components we use are safe for children's products.

We make sure that our products are compliant with conformity laws and carry the CE/UKCA markings where appropriate.

Yes, all of our Odd Goose brand products have plastic-free packaging. Our postal packaging is also 100% plastic free.

Once you've upwrapped your order, you can recycle all the packaging straight into your home recycling bin. This includes:

• the outer postal packaging envelope or box
• packaging tape
• any tissue paper or other void filler
• glassine envelopes
• stickers
  

Our notepads are fully recyclable. Our wirebound notebooks have recyclable covers, recyclable (and often recycled) inner pages and recyclable (and recycled) backing board.

Yes! They are made of a wood-free paper material that can be recycled.
