Shipping costs are calculated on your total order and your chosen shipping method.

For most items:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £5

• Dispatched within 2-3 working days
• Estimated mainland UK delivery: 2-3 working days
• Tracking number provided
• Free UK delivery for orders above £40

For small items:
Royal Mail First Class - £3

• Dispatched within 2-3 working days
• Estimated mainland UK delivery: 1-2 working days
• No tracking

For express delivery:
Royal Mail Special Delivery - from £10

• Same day or next day dispatch
• Next week day delivery by 1pm
• Tracking number provided
• Signature on delivery

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order.

Once your order is packed up and ready to leave us, you will receive an email notification confirming it has been shipped. You'll also receive tracking information if tracking included in your shipping option.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

We aim to dispatch most of our items within 2-3 working days, unless you've chosen Special Delivery.

If you require an order quickly, we will do our very best to help - just send us an email with your order number and we'll do our best to help!

If one of the items you have ordered is a Pre-Order, we will dispatch your entire order together once the pre-order is ready.

Yes, we ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked. Shipping costs will depend on your country and what you've ordered. The shipping price will be calculated at checkout.

Please note, we are currently unable to sell our CE marked items to the EU. We hope to be able to change this in future!

Our products are all dispatched from the United Kingdom with the relevant customs declaration attached.

Yep, absolutely. If you'd like us to wrap the order, choose your gift wrapping and gift message option using the links in the Cart.

Then simply put the recipient's name and address in the Shipping Information at the Checkout. We'll send it straight to them! Don't worry, no pricing or receipt will be included in the parcel.
