Yes, this notebook is really made out of elephant poop! All thirty-five pages have been milled in Britain out of specially selected poops carefully made by elephants in a sanctuary in Thailand. Each poop is cleaned and boiled before being mushed up with other recycled fibres into a pulp. The paper is chunky and textured with little bits in every sheet, and it takes all kinds of pens and pencils perfectly.

Oh, and it smells great, honestly!

The cover is made of spent brewer's grain, and on it we've drawn one of the elephants standing next to his contribution.

Our elephant poop paper is made at Frogmore Paper Mill in Hertfordshire. It's the oldest mechanical paper mill in the world! The fantastic texture of the paper also takes lots of different mediums perfectly (we checked!)
